Khalil Mack returned to practice on a limited basis Friday, and if his Week 7 experience is any guide, that likely means he’s playing Sunday versus the Jets.
Mack (ankle) is officially listed as questionable on the Bears injury report, just as he was last week heading into the matchup with the Patriots. But Mack missed Wednesday and Thursday practices last week, returned to practice Friday and played against New England.
Earlier this week, Bears coach Matt Nagy said he expected to manage Mack’s condition the same way this week. He sat out practice Wednesday and Thursday, and returned on a limited basis Friday. While it appears Mack will play, his effectiveness has been hampered since he sprained his ankle two weeks ago.
Bears receiver Allen Robinson is also listed as questionable, although he also was a limited participant in practice Friday. He missed the final few series of the Patriots game with the injury.
